Griffith Law Group was opened in 2018 by attorney Regina Griffith. Our firm’s mission is to provide zealous and vigorous representation to individuals who are charged with criminal offenses. We strongly believe in fighting for our clients’ innocence and to protect their rights. Griffith Law Group has experience representing clients and achieving favorable outcomes through bench trials, jury trials, plea negotiations, investigations, and programs. We assist our clients and their loved ones in navigating through the criminal justice system. We provide information and guidance through the court process. Our firm also provides expungement services to remove or seal convictions from an individual’s criminal record to aid them in obtaining employment and maintaining their reputation within the community.

Regina Griffith
Regina Griffith was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. She obtained her bachelor’s degree from The Ohio State University majoring in Criminology and Sociology. She then attended Capital University Law School where she specialized in Criminal Law. Ms. Griffith received many awards and scholarships for her excellent academic performance. She graduated with honors and in the top 10% of her class. During law school, she worked for the Honorable Eric Brown in the Franklin County Municipal Court. In this position, she developed close relationships with judges, prosecutors, defense attorneys, and court personnel.
After law school, Ms. Griffith began working for a criminal defense firm. She provided aggressive representation to clients charged with misdemeanors and felonies throughout the State of Ohio. She was involved in cases which gained local and national media attention, such at the Steubenville Rape Case. She has been solo counsel in many misdemeanor and felony trials. Ms. Griffith is one of the very few defense attorneys in the State of Ohio to win Not Guilty verdicts in Aggravated Murder trials and to obtain dismissal of Murder charges against her clients.
Ms. Griffith is trusted and well-respected among judges and her peers. She is highly recommended by her clients. She has a strong reputation in the legal community and has been interviewed on the news regarding different topics such as drunk driving.
