Our firm is often able to avoid convictions or minimize sentences through alternative programs.

Theft offenses includes crimes such as Robbery, Burglary, Receiving Stolen Property, Forgery, and Fraud. These crimes may be at the misdemeanor or felony level. We have experience in these cases in their investigative level all the way to trial. We are often able to achieve a dismissal after payment of restitution or programs.
FEDERAL CHARGES
Griffith Law Group represents clients charged in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. Federal charges are unlike state charges and are subject to Federal Sentencing Guidelines. It is important to have legal representation that is experienced in federal courts to assist their clients in obtaining the best outcome in these difficult cases.
